Goal Setting Term 1

  

Today we did our term one goal settings. I enjoyed thinking about what I wanted to get better at like my times tables. Next time I would change my learning disposition goal. I found it challenging to choose a learning hero because they are all amazing but I decided to choose Kahuanui because she likes to listening and participe. My digital learning object  shows I can publish to my blog with a quality blog post.      

My favorite sport

 today we learnt how to use mote 

I found it hard to record my voice without getting other peoples voices in my record 

Next time i would change my background  

I enjoyed using mote and recording audio

Who likes sleeping and who doesn't graph

 47.6% don't like sleeping    and 52.4% like sleeping  

For the past week we learnt about how to make graphs and collect data from our classmates 

I found it hard to highlight and collect data   

Next time i would change the pie chart to a bar graph 

I found it challenging to collect data because i had to figure out who i already asked and who i haven't asked. 

  

Sea Week

 This week for reading and homework we were making connections between what we read and watch 

I found it hard to find facts that were true     

Next time i would change some of the background photos

 

I enjoyed finding images that match with my facts  

 

 

Crime scene

This week i was learning how to  cooperate with my group and solve a crime scene  

I enjoyed working with my group to solve the crime 

Next time i would change the font to make it look better

2021 profile

Hi my name is Arabella I am from St Mary's School and I am in year 6.  I have 1 mum, one dad and two younger brothers. I come from Scotland, France and England But mostly I am Pakeha. 

I am good at sports such as touch rugby and netball. My goals for this year is to get better at maths and to focus on my learning. I enjoy riding motorbikes and spending  time with my family.

I am looking forward to this year because I have the best teacher Mrs Naden. Someone who I look up to is my auntie Sarah because she is very successful and is very kind and loving. And I hope you liked reading a little bit of information about me.
