Past & Present

 

 On Monday our class (Room 1) went to the technology museum. Mrs Torry came in on Tuesday after we went to the museum and did cybersmart with us. I enjoyed finding images from the past and present that told us all about technology and how it was used. I found it challenging to work out what the images were of the things from the past because it was hard to recognise what they were used for. My digital learning object shows I can analyse and synthesis the images from the past when I worked out what they were all about.  

Ascension of Jesus

 

Yesterday we did our  ascension of Jesus. I enjoyed finding  images of Jesus and his 11 disciples . Next time I would change my background to blend in more. I found it challenging to blend my colors together. My digital learning object  shows I can analyse and synthesis. 

Bee Bots

 Today we programmed and coded Bee Bots. Bee Bots are these little bees and they have arrows and buttons on the front. We had to code them so that they went to a certain spot in the hall. I enjoyed counting how many steps it took to get to our number. My digital learning object shows that I can code a bee bot. I found it challenging to make sure it got to the right spot. Next time I would take more photos.    

Sign Language Week

 Hello! In Reading we were learning to analyse and synthesise  

Today we filmed videos of us introducing ourselves in sign language  if you would like to see more videos click here Next time i would find a less noisy I found out challenging  to remember  my name off the top of my head. Te Kuri a Paoa

For the past three weeks we did our Te Kuri a Paoa  art. Sorry I didn't  get to finish  it  because I went to Auckland. I enjoyed  doing the out line. Next time I would change the colors. I found it challenging to blend my colors together. My digital learning object  shows I can take a photo and put it on my blog. 

 

March Reflection

Today we are reflecting on our work we did in March. I enjoyed reflecting on the past month because I liked to think about the fun things we did. I found it challenging to  remember all the things we did. My digital learning object shows I can embed a Google Drawing onto my blog.Can you remember what you did in the past month?

 

Goal Setting Term 1

  

Today we did our term one goal settings. I enjoyed thinking about what I wanted to get better at like my times tables. Next time I would change my learning disposition goal. I found it challenging to choose a learning hero because they are all amazing but I decided to choose Kahuanui because she likes to listening and participe. My digital learning object  shows I can publish to my blog with a quality blog post.
